Gwen Stefani Planning To Quit Solo Career For Family
No Doubt made their live return earlier this month much to their fans delight and now Gwen Stefani has revealed that her days as a solo artist are pretty much behind her.
After the release of her second solo album 2006's The Great Escape, Stefani reunited with her former bandmates to work on No Doubt's new effort.
When asked if shed ever record another solo record, Stefani told The Daily Record: No, I dont think so.
I was always thinking of that as a moment in time and you can never say never. But these last couple of years have been overwhelming for me, with having so much going on, and my husband being on tour, and just trying to do it all, which is not possible.
Last week, No Doubt released the music video for their comeback single 'Settle Down' and it was well worth the 10 year wait.
The track is the lead single from the band's highly-anticipated new album Push and Shove, set for release later this year.
Friend of the band Sophie Muller, directed the video who has also previously worked on videos for their smash hits 'Don't Speak' and 'Simple Kind of Life'.
