Gwen Stefani's Harem Tent Dress: Gotta Have It or Make It Stop?
When we last spotted Gwen Stefani, she nearly sent us into a spiral of panic, appearing on the cover of Harper's Bazaar without her signature red lips.
Had the world gone mad?
Well, apparently we broke out in hives over nothing, because here's Mrs. Gavin Rossdale looking exactly as she's supposed to as she heads to a nail appointment in West Hollywood.

The 42 year old also stepped out in a summery-looking woven fedora, generously proportioned sunglasses and an oversized dress.
Granted, the No Doubt frontwoman didsort ofwrestle that harem tent into submission with a terrific leather belt, but we've still gotta wonder what she might be storing under there. Maybe it's a whole bunch of bootleg copies of her band's upcoming album, Push and Shove, due out Sept. 25?
