Gwen Stefani once worked out five days a week
In the past, singer Gwen Stefani was something of a gym addict, admitting her super-toned body was the result of a gruelling workout five days a week.
She did tough cardiovascular sessions rowing, weights, and circuits to achieve her flat midriff.
However, the singer recently said that juggling a career with her two young children has meant her fitness efforts have been sidelined.
My body just needed a break, she said.
TRY THIS: Flutterkicks are a great way to tone your waist.
Lie on your back, arms by your sides and extend both legs vertically into the air as straight as you can.
Drop your left leg towards the ground in a controlled way, keeping the ankle semi-flexed.
Dont allow your foot to hit the ground.
Quickly raise your left leg back up while simultaneously lowering your right leg towards the ground.
Repeat this back and forth motion 12-15 times on each leg.
