GWEN Stefani has revealed that she feels guilty about being a working mum.
The No Doubt singer, who has two sons with rocker Gavin Rossdale, admits she had doubts before the group recorded new album Push And Shove after an 11-year break. [I was] getting to the studio and [worrying about] not being able to make it happen and missing out on being at home, missing out on putting the kids to bed. Whats more important? I felt so guilty, she says.
[I thought] I am letting everyone down in the studio right now, Im letting down my kids; Im letting down myself. Because time is so precious.

Gwen admits motherhood is challenging enough. Its super fun being a mum but its not what you think its going to be. And its really gradual, she says. At first, your life is totally the same. You have this cute little thing that you get to drive around everywhere and its amazing. As they grow it really does start to change your life. Like, Oh, my God, they have school, they have to get through first grade, they have to learn to read, she tells US Vogue.
When you have a family of your own it forces you to go into the adult world a little bit more.
