The timeless beauty brings her sophistication to the iconic mag and looks more beautiful than ever in gold shadow and red lips! What do you think of the look? Sound off below!

Gwen Stefani, 43, is ringing in the New Year 2013 with a dazzling iconic cover ofVogue. Gwen looks absolutely radiant on this cover. Her signature red lips have been reinterpreted into a semi-matte wine stained color. She embraces her classic platinum blonde locks, as always, but keeps the look exciting by accentuating her vibrant hair color with bright, multidimensional gold shimmering eyeshadow.

Gwen tellsVogueabout how shes growing up right along with her children: Its super fun being a mom, but its not what you think its going to be. And its really gradual. At first, your life is totally the same. You have this cute little thing that you get to drive around everywhere and youre so proud and its amazing. And as they grow older, it really does start to change your life. Like, Oh, my God, they have school, they have to get through first grade, they have to learn toread. It starts getting so serious, and youre like, Aaaaaaah! And to do all that while sustaining this insane childhood of my own. . . . Ive never had to grow up in a way. When you think about it, we were in college together, and then we made our first record, and then we just took off and stayed in this bubble. Time kind of stops when youre in a band. Its this suspended childhood, and its really awesome, that part of it. But then when you have a family of your own, it forces you to go into the adult world a little bit more.
