Gwen Stefani talks juggling career and family, her marriage to Gavin Rossdale

Gwen Stefani appears on the cover of the January issue of Vogue, and the No Doubt front woman and mom opens up about juggling her career and personal life.

She talked about letting down both sides when she was recording No Doubts newest album Push and Shove, taking 11 years to do so.

Getting to the studio and not being able to make it happen, but missing out on being at home, missing out on putting the kids down. What's more important? I felt so guilty," she told Vogue. "'I am letting everyone down in the studio right now; I'm letting down my kids; I'm letting down myself.' Because time was so precious."

Whats more is that Stefanis husband, Gavin Rossdale, also reunited with his band Bush and he was off on a tour to promote their new music.

I mean, he was there for me mentally, but physically? These boys are physical, Stefani said of having her boys when Rossdale was gone, The New York Daily News reports. They wake up and they start punching each other!

There are just so many rewards that come with it, Stefani says about being married for 10 years. You have to work at it. But, actually, its fun to get to this point. Because you learn so much about somebody.

She also called having Kingston, 6, and Zuma, 4, the ultimate collaboration.
