Instead of a sleek, classic bun, Gwen Stefani went for a top knot with lots of loose, feathery hair ends peeking out. To try this easy look, begin by pulling hair up into a tight pony tail on top of the head and keep a few strands loose to frame the face and create a little softness.

Next, twist hair, wrap it tightly around the base of the ponytail and tuck ends loosely back into the hair elastic. Pull out a few of the shorter pieces and mist the whole thing with hairspray.
