Gwen Stefani Is Bringing Back Cargo PantsOne Pocket at a Time

Image
Gwen Stefani (PacificCoastNews.com) If anyone can make cargo pants cool again, it's Gwen Stefani . I remember my beloved khaki cargos form the late '90sthey were Roxy, slightly high-water, and I bought them at Zumiez. I haven't been to the mall retailer since my Jr. High days, but I remember they'd hire aggressive "sk8er" boys to pressure tweens into buying things like said pants. But back to Gwen, who was spotted picking her son up from school in a (much more fashionable) slightly slouchy pair. Can we all pause in awe for a second at just how cool she made these look? She wore the single-pocket trousers with a black blazer and oversize tee. White open-toe booties, a shoulder bag, and a messy bun completed the effortless vibe. And of course, that signature red lipstick was fully intact. It's important to note that Zuma's Ninja Turtle costume was also pretty radical.
